By booking services with Naksh Cargo Packers and Movers, you agree to our terms and authorize us to pack, load, transport, and deliver your goods safely to the destination provided during booking.

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving advance payment or written confirmation. Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery details to avoid delays or additional charges.

We use standard packing materials to ensure safety. However, Naksh Cargo Packers and Movers is not responsible for damages caused by fragile items packed by the customer without prior notice.

Customers must clear all charges before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Additional services such as storage, special packing, or delays may incur extra charges.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Insurance is optional but recommended. Without insurance, Naksh Cargo Packers and Movers liability is limited. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must not include illegal, hazardous, flammable, or perishable items. We reserve the right to refuse transportation of restricted goods.

Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Advance payments may be partially refundable depending on preparation costs.

Customers must verify items at delivery and report missing or damaged goods immediately. Signed delivery confirmation indicates successful completion of service.
